Amazing, amazing, amazing. I especially love the wrestling you did around not wanting to preach to the choir - there's so much of that, isn't there? Couldn't be more excited for your book, and standing in solidarity in that mother/writer life!

I'm so delighted to hear that there is going to be a book to recommend on this topic! It's hard to find resources on the big picture that aren't so academic they put people off. Thanks for sharing the back story and journey.

Congrats, this is really awesome. Also, I really appreciate the discussion of the process here. Super illuminating and not something I see a lot of authors willing to share. Can't wait for the book.

Thank you for sharing this info! It seems clear that the impact of the book will be that much greater for all your care and discerning. I think most academic projects could benefit from similar workshopping, but the professors on committees so rarely give their grad students that much of their attention.

Very excited for this! I'm reminded of the maternal feminists of yore that argued that we as women have unique roles to play in society because we are women! And mothers! I look forward to reading it!

This is fantastic! Your book sounds amazing, and I'm coming to a place where I agree that Catholicism has the roundest view on what it means to be feminine.
