Welcome! My name is Serena Sigillito. I’m a writer and the founding editor of a journal called Fairer Disputations, which is devoted to sex-realist feminism. I’m also the former editor and a current contributing editor at Public Discourse, the online journal of the Witherspoon Institute, in Princeton, NJ.

I’m the mother of three daughters, and my motherhood deeply shapes my writing, as does my Catholic faith. I completed a Novak Journalism fellowship on integrating work and motherhood, and I’m working on more projects that I’m excited to share with you. My work has appeared in outlets like NewsweekAmericaNational Review, VerilyFirst Things, The Institute for Family Studies, and The American Conservative.
